Companies that appear like bubbles on the surface of the water during periods of increased aggregate demand usually disappear during periods of decreased demand due to their lack of social identity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under such a changing environment, Japan’s economy will be forced to grow at a low rate (in the 1% range), on par with that of matured developed countries. However, even if the country’s overall demand stagnates, opportunities for growth and development will be unlimited, provided that we differentiate ourselves through specialization and the development of new products by a group of highly creative people, and that all employees maintain a “back to the basics” attitude at all times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new COVID-19 that broke out in Wuhan, China, instantly swept across the world, and the human wisdom that was thought to be flawless has been shattered without any rationale, forcing us to change the capitalist economic system, the way we work, and the way our companies should be. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3000The spread of the COVID-19, which has swept the world since last year, appears to be coming to an end with the spread of vaccinations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3000I believe that the global spread of the COVID-19 was an opportunity to fundamentally change the direction of social programs and the state of the capitalist economy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
