At MACK Group, we aim to develop our consultants’ creativity and sensitivity. Here is an example of how we encourage our employees to “just try things out and take on new challenges” from the time they join our company until they become professionals on their own.
Welcome Ceremony for New Employee
Welcome Ceremony – MG Training
Before the welcome ceremony, we hold a one-week training program for new recruits, where they learn the business skills and manners they will need to work with MACK Group colleagues, based on our ” essential behavior for creation”.
After the welcome ceremony, a welcome party is held.
After joining the company
On the job training
After the new employee training is completed, the new employee learns the job by working with a senior employee at the company to which he or she is assigned, learning practical skills and how to interact with customers. MACK’s approach is to provide feedback immediately on the spot.
If you have any questions, ask a senior employee for advice immediately. Senior employees will give you advice based on their experience and knowledge because “teaching is part of our job.” We will enjoy learning and guide you according to your personal growth.
We use a management game that allows you to experience management through games. It is for all new employees to be able to write a financial statement by the end of the MG training.
Come work with us.
August
Picture Yourself a Year from Now
Every year in August, we hold the most important event in the MACK Group, the presentation of the business plan. At this meeting, each employee sets his or her own goals in accordance with the MACK Group’s guidelines and analyzes whether he or she has achieved them each month, why he or she has not done so, and how he or she can do it better.
After August
To be a Professional Consultant
I want to be able to give useful tax advice to my clients. I want more clients to know the importance of human resource development.
To achieve these goals, we work and learn hard, such as acquiring certification as a circuit auditor and acquiring new clients.
As one measure, some people believe that “when a client introduces you to a new client, you can say you are professional”.
