We are now living in a digital society, a new industrial revolution. In the digital age, everything is solved by logical combinations. The digital system is a system in which black and white, loss and gain, winner and loser are clearly defined, but the rationality of the digital system is also causing human alienation to become a major social problem. However, I believe that humans are inherently ambiguous and that analog is a suitable system. Our group is working to develop an organization that can realize corporate sustainability by adopting an analog system for human resource training to achieve harmony between people and things, as well as digitalization as a tool for efficient corporate management.

Management Policy
The history of capitalism has been marked by a continuum of expansion and contraction. Companies that appear like bubbles on the surface of the water during periods of increased aggregate demand usually disappear during periods of decreased demand due to their lack of social identity.
Under such a changing environment, Japan’s economy will be forced to grow at a low rate (in the 1% range), on par with that of matured developed countries. However, even if the country’s overall demand stagnates, opportunities for growth and development will be unlimited, provided that we differentiate ourselves through specialization and the development of new products by a group of highly creative people, and that all employees maintain a “back to the basics” attitude at all times.
The new COVID-19 that broke out in Wuhan, China, instantly swept across the world, and the human wisdom that was thought to be flawless has been shattered without any rationale, forcing us to change the capitalist economic system, the way we work, and the way our companies should be.
The spread of the COVID-19, which has swept the world since last year, appears to be coming to an end with the spread of vaccinations.
I believe that the global spread of the COVID-19 was an opportunity to fundamentally change the direction of social programs and the state of the capitalist economy.
Our group will continue to evolve in line with the approach of the United States, where the new coronas are being resolved at a threatening pace through Operation Warp Speed (speed beyond the speed of light).
Having strengthened our sales force to reach the goal of 800 clients, we now have a clear view of our target arrival point, and we will push forward to reach the goal of 1,500 clients, aiming for new heights.
