MACK Consultants Group is based in its own building, the NK Building, which is located within a 5-minute walk from Matsumoto Station.

1F Information 

Entrance 

 Please take the elevator at the front of the building to each floor. If we have visitors, we will place a sign next to the elevator to guide you and ensure that you do not get lost. 

Meeting Room 

 This room is used for small meetings and conferences. It is also used for visitors to the office but is currently not used due to measures against the COVID-19. 

2F Information 

Marriage Counseling Office 

 The gorgeous stained-glass door, which was designed by the president of the company, opens into a luxurious reception room. This room is used as a place to provide “marriage counseling,” a business of Anshin Management Inc. 

Library 

 In addition to specialized books, the library has a large collection of books of all categories. It is a room dedicated to the president’s love of books, so the president often hangs out here. 

Tea Room 

 This room is a popular spot for employees to refresh themselves away from work. Currently it is self-service, but we hope to turn it into a coffee shop in the future.

Business Area 

 In the business area on the 3rd floor, we prepare human resource development seminars and training programs. We also provide consulting services related to “human resources” such as support for recruitment activities and advice on the preparation of management plans. 

Capacity Development Support Room 

 This is a large conference room that can accommodate about 20 people. It is also equipped with a project screen, so it is used for various purposes, such as internal meetings attended by a large number of people, or for business planning with management of our clients.

In the business area on the 4th floor, administrative scriveners gather mainly for company insurance services, payroll calculation, and preparation of documents to be submitted to government offices. 

Training Room 

 This room is used to present our management plan, conduct in-house training, and as a place to hold seminars for our clients. It is also used as a place for employment interviews.

 The entire 5th floor is used as a business area, where we mainly provide accounting services such as bookkeeping, accounting work, and preparation of tax returns. 

In-House Events 

 We hold various in-house events throughout the year. These include, of course, the new employee ceremony, but we also hold events such as the New Year’s party and the foundation festival, as well as events such as the business plan presentation where all employees present their goals for the year.

Lounge 

 There used to be two separate rooms: a break room and a training room. One day, the president broke down the wall and made them into one room. Since then, the room has been used not as a training room but as a room for eating lunch and taking a break. 

Restroom Information 

Restrooms on each floor 

 We are proud of the restrooms on each floor, each of which has a different electrical shape and tile color. The restrooms have a subtle woody aroma, and employees say that when they are feeling down at work, a visit to the restrooms cheers them up.
